"Keittiö pieni mutta varustelutasoltaan hyvä. Astianpesukoneen tyhjennys tuotti hankaluuksia. Matko Dragosevic oli hyvä isäntä (myös vieraavarainen) ja esimerkiksi altaat (poreamme ja uima-allas) siivottiin kahdesti viikon vierailun aikana (meillä kokemuksia myös siitä että allasta ei siivota lainkaan koko viikon aikana). Suomalaisina tykättiin myös saunasta. Päätalon toisen kerroksen makuuhuoneissa (3 kpl) oli pienet tilat säilyttää matkatavaroita. Tosi mukava boonus oli kylän leipomoauton pysähdys aamuisin talon kohdalla!"

"We've stayed two weeks in this property from 26th august to 9th september. It was a very good experience, the house was clean, well designed and equiped. It's obviously a new accommodation and we were glad to be among the first guests there. The host Matko is welcoming, kind and available if you have any questions. He was also very comprehensible when we asked him to check out at 7am a sunday because we had a long trip to return in France, thank you again for that! You can easily park your cars. Furthermore the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors polite and smiling. I highly recommend this place for group around 8 people, group of friends or families. You can reach Omis and its beach within 20 minutes and find everything you need there."

"Our stay in Smolonje was simply great. The location, the house and everything are exactly as shown on the web. The villa is located in a very quiet place, just 15 minutes by car from the sea in Omis; swimming pool and jacuzzi are a must. The furniture is very nice and the kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of appliance. We were 2 families of 4 each (8 persons in total), but the size of the villa allows everybody to find his own space and privacy. Matko is a present, but very discrete host available to support any kind of request. Fruit and vegetables from his farm are top quality. I definitely recommend Matko’s villa since our stay there was super!"

"This was an amazing property, well finished and exactly as the pictures on the site. The location of the property is a little remote and you will need a vehicle to get around, but driving in Croatia is very easy. The property is about 45 mins from Split City, which is beautiful and certainly worth a visit or two. The location of the property is excellent for travelling to the Krka falls and going south to Brela / Markarska where you can get a car ferry to Brac - this is worth and visit and very easy. The owner of the property was fantastic, answered texts very quickly if we had a question and also showed us around the property when we checked in. When we checked out, this was easy also, the owner came round, took the keys, completed a little check and we were gone. Throughout the week he would also clean the pool a couple of times, but he does this early and you don't notice him. Top tip - look out of the baker van that comes round about 9am everyday - fantastic goods! Overall, I would recommend this property for a fantastic relaxing holiday, but if you are after a city break, you will need to be nearer to split up the coast. A small recommendation would be to have a welcome pack at the property also, like a holiday resort of the local amenities etc."
